Bob

Bob is the founder and the Guild Master of the Blue Pegasus Guild. Bob, for some reason, tries to look very feminine. It is unknown exactly how strong he is or what magic he uses, but he seems to be friends with Makarov. It is also notable that Karen Lilica seemed to be afraid of him.
