Aultcray Melromarc XXXII

The king of Melromarc. He shows obvious favoritism towards his daughter Malty and animosity towards the Shield Hero Naofumi Iwatani.


It was revealed that Aultcray is the Wand Hero who led his country in a war against demi-humans and beastmen. Through that experience, he holds hatred towards non-human species and promotes the idea of human supremacy in Melromarc. He shows biased hatred towards Naofumi because the Shield Hero is revered as the protector of demi-humans and beastmen.

When Queen Mirelia Q Melromarc comes back to Melromarc after resolving diplomatic issues, she strips Aultcray of his authorities due to his ineptitude to properly lead the people and officially changed his name to Trash as punishment for his abuse of power.

The king's real name was Luge Lances Forbrey and used the alias Luge Lancarose to hide the fact that he was of royal blood when he battled in the front lines during the war. The name Aultcray Melromarc XXXII was adopted when he married Mirelia and became king.

He was the third legitimate heir to the throne of Forbrey, but lost that privilege when the Hakuko race killed his parents and loved ones. Due to that fact that Forbrey did nothing to retaliate against the Hakuko residing in Siltvelt due to political reasons, Luge began to despise both countries and moved to the human supremacy-promoting country of Melromarc. He later challenged and defeated the Hakuko king.
