Kyou needs to touch her target to activate her Stand. When the targeted person opens anything (like a door or pen), Born This Way will appear and chase the victim. When Born This Way is active, hurricane-like winds begin to blow, freezing and hardening surrounding objects and people. The wind can throw frozen items at his target. Born This Way disappears when the opened object is closed.
It is later revealed that she is Yoshikage Kira's younger sister.
