Solo Leveling review
The Story: 10/10
Absolutely solid, it flows extremely well and is probably one of the best adaptions of a LN into a Manhwa I've ever seen.
The story is filled with plots that make sense, flowing with extremely well written character development, assisted by very good character interactions.

Of course, like many stories, it starts out slow. When I first started reading this story definitely pissed me off to the point that I was like "Does this even get better."
Yes, yes it does.
You may be annoyed with the MC and many supporting characters in the beginning but that quickly changes as the character begins to go through a change no one in this fantasy world has experienced before.
He is able to level up his rank. Through that experience he drastically changes in personality and is able to experience much more action than previously before, at the bottom of the barrel.
This manhwa quickly becomes exciting to read and you'll continuously be asking for more after finishing each chapter. Give it a chance and run through the chapters, I'm sure it's something all action and fantasy lovers will enjoy.
Art: 10/10
This is where Solo Leveling shines above all it's competitors.
What starts off as mediocre art suddenly improves drastically to become pure joy to look at, I've never seen manhwa done so beautifully.
It's so unique you can't really compare it to art you see from something like OPM for example. Each panel is a sight to behold and truly makes you appreciate it on a whole other level. Keeping in mind it's released on a weekly basis which is unbelievable.
Enjoyment: 10/10
In every aspect this is a masterpiece to behold and I urge you to give this a fair chance, you will not be disappointed, I guarantee it.
Overall: 10/10
A Masterpiece, I say It is just mind blowing .I can not wait for the this manga to continue.

Vagabond review
Vagabond is the story of Musashi Miyamoto, the most famous samurai, inspired by the novel "Musashi".

STORY:
This is one of the best and most simple natured stories I've ever read.
The story follows Musashi on his way to becoming the strongest, Invincible Under The Heavens. How he grows, from a wild ruffian, to a respectable man by slowly realising the importance of close friends, self-reflection and life itself. The story also follows our secondary protagonist, Sasaki Kojiro who also aims to be Invincible Under The Heavens, with a child-like personality and amazing skills with the sword, he is destined to fight Musashi one day. The premise is quite simple, but the story and characters can get so deep.

CHARACTERS:
These are the deepest and most humane characters I have seen in any manga. Each character has his goals, the way he approaches them and his personality. Some of the best side characters in any manga, each one dealing with his own problems. Musashi who grows to be a respectable man, Sasaki who seeks to fight stronger opponents, Matahachi whom only falls lower and lower into the life of a scum. Many great characters which would take too long to list. When a character is meant to be dislikeable, oh boy do you hate him, when a character is meant to be likeable, probably going to be your favourite character ever.

ART:
Unlike many other manga with their bland and uninspired art, Vagabond chooses a more proportionate and realistic way to express itself. This is probably the best art in any manga, being just as good as the story and characters, with great landscapes, beautifully drawn characters and tons of detail. The art is clean and conveys every emotion right, there are no times where the panels will confuse you like certain other manga

OVERALL:
Vagabond is both a visual and a literary masterpiece with zero to no flaws besides the fact that it's on hiatus. On top of all that it has some of the best fight scenes in existence.

Akira review
Akira. Whether you're a fan of manga, anime, comics, film, science fiction, or just any kind of art form, most likely you have heard of the name "Akira", along with Akira Kurosawa it must be the most popular Akira out there.Whether it deserves the title of classic is up to those who have given it a chance, however if you are considering the movie best is to read the manga first.
Being called "classic" has many justifications, classics are usually good but in no way perfect. I kind of wish I could give this a 7.50, for 7 is too low but 8 is too high, why it got a 7 we will see in the following review.

Story: Akiras plot is quite unique in its own and not so unique as a whole. I'll spare the description and get to the heart of the matter. Six volumes, each are almost 400 pages, this is a long story.Problem is that the first three volumes don't have much happening other than explosions, wild goose chases and people screaming each others names with anger.See in most cases there is a certain build up before the shit hits the fan, in Akira shit hits the fan within the first few pages and keeps on doing so until the end where the shit just becomes way too much to handle.
We are introduced to a wide range of characters, names mostly, and watch them run for three volumes straight until a huge explosion erupts and then in volume 4 a story emerges. Now that is not necessarily bad, the constant movement in the 3 volumes do lead up to an important incident that if it were without we would have no story, and the action is enjoyable and well paced, definitely a page turner. However we don't know what exactly is going on, and we don't know the characters well either. So imagine going through half a series without really knowing who you are following.
In other words the idea is good, the execution needs some cut backs.

Characters: And the main reason it gets a 7.
With a story so long, and with so much going on you have to feel for the characters.
Lets start with Kaneda. He's a fifteen year old punk with a snotty attitude that takes drugs for fun and loves bikes. The end.Nothing is revealed, what about his parents? Are they dead?Does he hate them?Love them?He likes bikes...okay.But who is he anyway and why should I care about what happens to him?
Kei, she is part of a group of terrorists. Okay, she can kick serious ass. Fine. Why is she with these people? What is their goal? Why them and not someone else?At some point she speaks of goals and values but how can someone understand what she's talking about when nothing is revealed?
Same happens with most that appear, the problem is they are shallow, you only know certain aspects about them like the fact that Kei is tough, you don't know them. Hence you don't care. And saying that Kaneda is cool is not good enough for me to care if he randomly disappears or gets a deadly disease.
The only character worth mentioning is Tetsuo. He is basically the only one with a personality, someone that you can care about. From the moment he appears on panel you can pretty much figure out what his place is. He isn't valued much and when he obtains power he gives the finger to all that did him wrong and goes berserk. His character constantly changes throughout; he becomes angry, greedy, arrogant, but then humble, sad and vulnerable. One moment he's a ruthless bloodthirsty monster, the next only a boy that needs to be loved. but even his personality takes an awful long time to appear. Personally I was routing for him till the very end, heck I ended up reading this whole damn thing just to see what will happen to him.
Maybe the writer intended it to be this way, maybe he simply didn't want us to
care for the others but then again Kei and Kaneda get an awful lot of screen time so I should be on their side not his. Also the so called "love" between the two felt forced and completely unnatural. It was just annoying to be honest I mean wtf they didn't even know each other and all of a sudden they want to have kids?Come on man, that is just laughable.

Art:the art isn't anything spectacular, but it's nice. The direction of the series though is very good and that is something Otomo has been praised on. Some scenes were utterly beautiful( one with Tetsuo and the ocean waves comes in mind), the city of Neo Tokyo is just as futuristic and mad as it should be. The bikes were cool to look at, the styles of hair and clothes are a bit dated, the faces are distinguishable, they were definitely paid attention to with detail except maybe Kaneda and Keis(really, these two have so many problems). The action scenes are clear, there wasn't one moment I didn't understand what was going on and that my friends is a hard task considering most manga.

Enjoyment: this is a good story, putting aside the various character problems. If the characters were better I think it would be excellent. It is enjoyable and you can easily get caught in the drama, page turner indeed, it never bores(well maybe vol three. worst one out of them all). The use of the supernatural powers was done well, the whole plot was well crafted, politics, terrorism, human stupidity, it's all there. This is worth a read for the single reason of seeing all the similarities it has to later works, Akira definitely launched a bunch of stories with a similar feel to them and plot.

8-gatsu no Soda-sui review
For this short story, I will keep my review short.

Story - 6
Art - 8
Character - 6
Enjoyment - 6
Overall - 6.5 (7)

Soda Water of August is probably what I would call a hidden gem in that its story isn't anything special, but its simplicity works out to be really well. There is nothing groundbreaking in concerns to pretty much every element I have rated as a whole. But its selling point is that it has a nice, relaxing feel to it you can read in about 1 hour. Definitely something worth a shot.

The story is set in the Cape of Suiyo with who seems to be a child for an MC, Lisa Umibe, living with her Grandma. During this time wandering around the Cape of Suiyo with her friend Kureda Monako. They go forth on adventures based on simple ideas of collecting and discovering new things, mostly with magical/supernatural attributes, which are conveyed with a childlike viewpoint. It's as simple as that, that is pretty much the entire story. The characters aren't the most interesting although their experiences learning about their living area make for a better story rather than the physical characters themselves. Saying this, the characters aren't completely 2D, they have some personality to them and are interested in the weird and wonderful people in the Cape of Suiyo. Again, simple characters, but they fit this story.

The art of the story seems quite nostalgic, art from a children's book is pretty much used here, it is very pleasing to view and actually one of the reasons why I took up the time to read this. I wouldn't be surprised if this was made for children, but the fact remains that this looks like art from a children's book. It is used to its highest potential too with constant blue and white colours to reflect how life near the sea looks like. Certainly a good piece of art.

Enjoyment, again, simple story, so it isn't anything phenomenal or spectacular. But it was a nice read to go through.

Anyways if you have around 1 hour to spare I would at least take a shot at reading this. It isn't anything special, you might even forget you have touched it, but it is an almost nostalgic story on new experiences at a learning stage of life.

Kaifuku Jutsushi no Yarinaoshi review

it is just a hentai without the having the tits and vaga fully shown. the main

character is a rapist and the revenge story for why he's a rapest does not make

me think that it is justified, the story is a poor excuse to rape different

archetypes of people without having to post it on nhentai.

this is a power fantasies where the main character can both rape anyone he

thinks is bad and have a harem of people who considered him good guy.

he rapes every female he meets who he thinks are agences him or he wants

revenge on and if he meets a guy who he does not like he turns them into a

girl and makes ogres rape them, this story main character is a healer hero

who was sent away from his family and was enslaved since he was basically

useless, then for 4 years he was abuse and sometimes raped by the people

around him, they also drug him so he would act like a dog, one day when

fighting the demon king, he gains the drug resentence perk and lets his

team die. he then gains the ability to reverse time and want to help to

demon king. he then restarts the world and get his revenge. this story try's

to both tell a under dog story along with a power fantasies story along with

a revenge story, this would have worked if not for the fact that it both

makes the main character a rapest and attempts to make him seem justified
this story shows that no matter how much you try a hentai is still a hentai.
5/10 should of been a hentai

Itokoi Chidori review
Art & Story: Hotate, James
Tag: Ecchi,Romance,Seinen
Story 7/10
Following the life of our Amnesia filled, protagnist Akio Kosato as he is known for his skill in creating love potions.

As his life changes when a mysterious girl named Chidori (aka cute rapist with a kawaii sword girl) appears and gives him far more attention than he ever wanted(not, weird at all).

It turns out that Chidori is Akio's cousin and they may be much more to Akio's family than he realizes( as the good old harem route begins).

Pretty decent storyline but,its real fault was not using alot of the good subplot which it could have used and bridged such a crafted strong, plot filled Harem

its common for ecchi, harem manga or anime to have more weight on one-plot or story i.e plot sucks, story good or story good, plot sucks.

This one wasn't so bad..the story kept up and was fairly interestly, constant and it complimented the plot and gave a decent borderline hentai likable manga experience.

The use of medicine related antics and a beauty cousin filled cast makes this manga every "medi student cousin con's wet dream"(which is probably a thing,am i right?).

Art 8/10
The art is unique to its author's style. personally i love his style, you know.... The use of unrealistic, excess "love juices" and what not..

I also think the emphasis on what I call "the plot shine" or "oppai shine" was a nice and notable feature on the female cast. The art was good and embraced ecchi elements that anyone ecchiologist can appreciate.

One think to note about this manga is that,it was one of the first series to have a volume deemed "harmful" under Tokyo's Bill 156.

That should give you more of a reason to read it.

Cast 7/10
All lovable and its understandable that not much development was done..as its a "short quick fix ecchi" manga.only focusing on Chidori and Akio most of the time..and their "Cousin love"

but development was well enough to bring all the cast(his cousin harem) to follow the Mc and gently end the manga.

So don't expect too much,i would have loved to learn more about the kosatos but alas.

Enjoyment 8/10
Its a good real, crazy borderline hentai scenes and a lovable Chidori to make your coccyx(tail bone) keep moving.

Overall 7 Nosebleeds
I am tempted to set it higher but, a good manga like this could have gone alittle further to get a bigger fan feel

And alittle adjustments to the story would have made it stand out from your generic ecchi but, as it is. its fine..its redeeming quality was that it is an excellent borderline hentai manga.

Akatsuki!! Otokojuku: Seishen yo, Taishi no dake review
The manga is not fully translated but it's updated weekly, so this review will cover what is available so far. Being the sequel to Sakigake Otokojuku, Akatsuki Otokojuku holds up well & might be even more over the top than its predecessor.

Much like the 1st series, Tsurugi Shishimaru , the son of Momotaro, enrolls in Otokojuku where he eventually meets Akashi Juzo, the son of Akashi Gouji, Kuroso Nobunaga (who seems to play a similar role as Togashi Genji) & much later encounters Zhang Wukong (currently plays a Toramaru role only mixed in with journey to the west).

Akatsuki Otokojuku begins with a comedic arc with some outrageous training exercises, however it quickly escalates to tournament combat where much of the fighting arenas are some of the most bizarre things I've seen Otokojuku do such as fighting on a boiling oden pool, atop of a mechanical panda, a mahjong arena & an ice ring, yet the clincher is the newly 1st years fighting against clones of previous Otokojuku characters.

While the first 86 chapters have been entertaining, I'm not sure it will top the first series as a whole. Much of it has to do with the characters being mostly substitutes of the original cast with bearing very little differences from the previous generation. Other series such as JoJo's Bizarre Adventure & Kinnikuman Nisei may had similar looking relatives but at least it managed to have their personalities & fighting styles different from the previous series while Otokojuku doesn't. It may be to the usage of "passing down tradition", but if the story is going to use similar characters then it might as well use the original cast instead. One of the highlights of the series are the occasional cameos from the Otokojuku graduates who tend to offer advice to their new freshman, especially Momotaro who has some manly family moments with his son.

Personally, my main nitpick with this sequel is the artstyle as Miyashita has gotten this odd way of drawing noses & certain facial features. The art quality is just as good as it was back in the 80's but previous established characters have a certain awkward look to them. Edajima's design is noticeably different as his jaw is about the size of the crimson chin.

Akatsuki Otokojuku maintains the school spirit of Otokojuku & has the same manly flair as its older days, but could use some more diversity among its main characters. Action is great, it's over the top, it's manly, it is the next generation of Otokojuku students who live to refine their manhood. OSU!!!
