Super Dragon Ball Heroes: Universe Mission review
Full honesty, just read this instead of watching the anime. There's more flavor to the overall story and more interesting things instead of a rushed commercial. Granted, it's like, still a commercial for an arcade game but the writing is a tad better here. Plus, you get the added bonus of seeing Nagayama's art improve as you go.
Of course, the characters are still a little flat, as would be typical of something meant to advertise games that are being sold, but at least they're a bit less shallow than what the anime offers. If anything, this is something you have to go into with an open mind and make some fun of it. Also yeah it has a Dragon Ball fan's favorite thing: Blood and some kinda brutal scenes. They basically lose their mind over that kind of thing so I'm surprised they didn't latch onto this thing immediately.

Bokutachi no Ikita Riyuu review
Bokutachi no Ikita Riyuu is a hard one to review because I have a personal attachment to it, I was one of the few people actively reading it towards its run so I may be a little harder on it than most but I still feel this review needs to be made.
Story (4): The story is honestly abysmal it has a decent concept but eventually devolves into hide and seek with a monster, plot points are outright dropped before they have to be explained and characters always seem to actively not know what's going on even when it's obvious Art (7): The artwork is very nice to look at, as with all Manga Box work the art is higher quality than the storytelling. Characters (4): The characters are nothing more than one note, there are lots of betrayals and character motivations being revealed but they mostly fall flat, foreshadowing devolves into just showing you stuff and making you guess what it will mean later, in almost all cases I predicted who was going to betray who. Overall/Enjoyment (5): Overall the series is a fairly fun ride from start to finish however it starts to dip towards the middle when it's mostly just running with little plot progression, however in the end I enjoyed it and I felt the story justified it's own existence by surprising me at the end.

High School Musical review
Soooooo... why is this a thing? No really, why is this a thing? Now to give you some context, I HATE Highschool Musical: Live Action. I was in the demographic that Disney was trying to cater too when it first came out but I was so oversaturated with it from friends and peers that I couldn’t even watch the first part of the show. I still hate it even now and all the milking Disney has done for this series. That said, I heard that it was only 10 pages long so I figured I was going to check it out and see if it
was any better and how they made an hour and a half long live action into 10 pages… they didn’t.
The story is basically a gutted version of the actual live action, with only an introduction to the characters which feels extremely forced and bland. It follows token boy jock (I refuse to even put energy looking up their names) who just won his basketball game with his token friend and are celebrating. He sits with his token girlfriend (were they even boyfriend and girlfriend in the beginning of the show?) talking about collages. I am not going to lie, there is no musical and there is no theatre, so why the hell is this even called a High School Musical? They left out the Musical part and just gave us a very bland story of high school that went nowhere. I do have to give the anime props to some extent; the artwork is actually very good. It’s definitely Shoujo style with a lot of bloom lighting, pretty boys and girls, a lot of details, and nice screen tones. The artist really pushed themselves to make it look really good even if the characters didn’t look like the live action versions. I understand some liberties had to be taken because it’s not colored, but the only dark skinned guy looked as white as everyone else. I feel like there could have been a screen tone or something that could have helped with the ONE image of him in the manga. To be fair, the only reason why this is getting any sort of rating from me is because of the artwork as the story is bland, doesn’t have any of the basic points to the show, and just feels like a waste of time. That was like 5 minutes I will not get back. Even putting my opinion of the source material aside, I don’t think fans of the show would even like this manga.

Parallel Paradise review
It's Hentai but you can't really see what is happening, so it's not very interesting and not even fap material.
And in fact I've seen quite a number of hentai with a better plot, some also with better art. Because the "plot" is: MC get isekaied in a world where there's no male, he discovers that the women here died young but he can save them by fucking them, and there's also rapist monster, so MC goes on a journey to fuck girl. The author tries to make it seem like there a deeper plot but it's hard to believe when entire chapters are dedicated to the MC fucking his harem. But if you want to get an idea, just read the first few chapters, at least it shows it's true colors from the beginning, it's funny for 5~6 chapter then it's really boring.

Portus review
Portus was given to me by a friend who bought it on a whim because the front looked like something I'd enjoy. Upon unwrapping it and reading it I found out that judging a book by it's cover is a bad bad thing.
While the art was interesting and the story was fairly complex, it just did not hook me into it. I ended up abandoning it several times and picking it back up after forgetting why I stopped reading it. The ending was somewhat expected on my part, while I wont give away any spoilers. Let's just say about mid way into the story you could guess the ending. Though one thing I did not like about the art was that often times it felt overly detailed and too busy to focus on. I'd say if you want to read it for the story I'd borrow it rather than purchasing it.

Saiteihen no Otoko review
This is just bad and, after the first act set in the school, incredibly boring.
I wanted to enjoy this as it seemed like a weird, dark manga (which I do really enjoy), but God this is bad. And so boring. MC is first presented as a unlikable character, which I can enjoy if done well, but that changes when we are supposed to feel bad for him in the final act, though I just didn't care because he was such a horrible person. There was a lot of lazy writing or plots set up that could've been slightly interesting (for this manga) that were then given up on with a 'just kidding' or 'i lied'. The BORING AS HELL final fight was even given up on with some characters just saying 'I'm done for today' and pissing off, which just made me feel the writer didn't care enough to finish the fight in a half decent way. I also want to mention: ->His parents, and other characters', shit actions DO NOT excuse his shit actions. (Spoilers for this paragraph?) There was a creepy romance with a dead girl which the MC obsesses over but by the end we're supposed to support this because the poor MC 'was never loved by his horrible parents'. NO. That's not how sympathy works- it's still a creepy romance no matter his parents relationship with him. He didn't learn from what happened to Haruka in elementary school, which was a result of his actions, as he continues to obsess over her. Why are we supposed to feel bad for him? He is an awful person, and the author trying to make him more likeable at the end of the manga only adds to my dislike of the MC. The MC develops these powers half way through which gave me a rip-off and dull version of Kaneki Ken from Tokyo Ghoul when he uses his ghoul powers. This manga does nothing unique or truly disturbing. It's mostly full of cheap shocks that don't challenge the reader. I just found myself feeling detached from all of the events in the plot and the "struggles" of the MC. By making him unlikable for the first half, I didn't care for him at all by the end and actually ended up disliking him even more when I was instead supposed to be feeling bad for him. The plot, while in the first act, was bearable, it felt very stretched out and convoluted in the second act and I just found myself caring less and less with every page. I eventually started skimming over each page, willing for the manga to just end already. I think if it had ended after the first act, I would've rated this manga slightly higher (probably a 5). The second half is what really let it down. In case you couldn't tell, I don't recommend this unless you want to cringe and/or rage at this story that might've had a tiny bit of potential to be, at least, fun, but ended up being drawn out and boring. There are multiple series that acheive aspects of this manga far better: - Supernatural Invasion and the affects of society- Parasyte - Uncomfortable sexual situations, along with the pressure and shame surrounding it- Aku No Hana - Inner struggle of becoming part of the monster you detest- Tokyo Ghoul - And just well done, terrifying horror with chilling art to accompany it - anything by Junji Ito I urge you to read/watch any of these rather than this

12-ji no Kane ga Naru review
Gothic humor filled with dramatic designs and quirky personalities, plus one awesome twist. This oneshot is a quick read, but it definitely had me smirking by the end of it.
Imagine if Cinderella wasn't as sweet or selfless as what we're used to seeing. It wouldn't be the first stab at creating a self-centered version of her, but this was done in such a way that bordered on parody. I loved it. She was an aggravating drama queen in a flowy gothic dress, and the prince... oh boy, the prince.... Without spoiling, all I can say is that it's worth the 5 minute read. The ending especially made this something to remember. Now, was it something worthy of a 9 or 10? No, but it's fun, and in my opinion, a 6.5 - 7 would be a fair rating.

Basilis no Musume review
This wont be long , and dont read if u dont want spoilers , Its simply an advice not to read this
I dont mind love triangles , squares , whatever it is and I dont mind pulling my hair because of the situations that occur or tragedies or changes of the character's mind [ Spoilers ahead ] The thing is , The main character "Shuuka "is simply a slut , You can not enjoy a manga if the main character was unreasonable , ok am not against being with a different man in the manga all shoujos have those , but the way its brought in this manga totally ruined it , Like , Sorry again its a review but I must include this , As a warning , I wont say the end or names so u wont know , the main character flies from a man to another , sleeps with them all , ok we didnt reach the bad point yet , the bad point is that this happens every 3 chapters or so , and for no particular reason [ she slept with one of the love square because he brought her a nice table with food when she was tired ? ] totally unreasonable , dont be deceived by this manga , the story seems good and art is also good , but the 16 chapters were so fast and full with unreasonable acts , totally a waste of my time because I value a reasonable/logical events and conclusions , and totally hate too fast paced-lets finish it type , or maybe it wasnt the reason , just that the main character did too much unreasonable stuff . In the end sorry again if u think those were spoilers , but they really weren't and you'll see what I mean from first chapters and simply dislike this manga , such a waste of time when u put high hopes for it , and again its my personal opinion , if u dont mind stupid moves and reasons and unexplained illogical events and conclusions , then by all means read it and enjoy it.

Honomieru Shounen review
I'll say it honestly. I love this series very much. It is fun and terrifying, and it is
characterized by surprising and wonderful events. Therefore, I ask you, my brothers, to support this series and give it a chance. also more information Even so, Phantom Seer volume 1 (blue) also put in a solid sales performance. For a new series effectively created by two rookies (Matsuura did art previously for Tokyo Shinobi Squad, but that didn’t do very well), it’s honestly impressive to see it rank in at number 142 on the first week of release and 219 on the second. Thank you. so phantom seer is fine series not else. yeah
