Karakasa no Saien review
This manga was really weird and random, and not in a good way. I have no idea what it was trying to do. The plot is completely random and never seems to have any sort of solid direction. The characters are arbitrary, neither likable or unlikable. There is craziness to them that could be interesting, but it isn't really used all that well for the most part. The tone shifts arbitrarily. There were some scenes that were comedic and decent, generally from the insanity, but overall there wasn't much value to it at all. It's really hard to discuss because I don't even know what it was trying to
do so it's hard to judge how well it managed to execute it. The art was usually decent for the most part, but during certain scenes where there's a lot happening like action sequences it gets really messy and impossible to parse.
tl;dr: Random nonsense.

Babel no Toshokan review
This was an incredibly strange manga, that could best be described by the word "huh?" I like the general premise with the power being related to words on paper and it being used as part of a slice of life romance type story. I was also fine with how Aiba was kind of crazy, and the mechanic of what others believe to be a supernatural occurrence actually being a completely different supernatural occurrence, because that is a pretty interesting thing to think about. However, as we approach the ending, I don't think the ending is clear at all. I kind of get it in terms of plot,
wherein I think half of it is simply delusion, but rather I don't get what the intention behind such an ending was in that it just seems completely random. In terms of plot, there really isn't much there to it with the plot just sort of fizzling out, which seemed fine at first because it seemed like the manga was trying to convey a message. But in the end, there isn't really a message either. There's some themes throughout the work relating to the value of words, and also of questioning what reality really is, but the ending doesn't seem to try to hone in on presenting a message related to these at all. Rather, the only message I could really think of was that you shouldn't mess with people, because they might already be a little bit crazy on the inside, and messing with them might make them a whole lot worse, which I suppose is good advice, but not one that doesn't really fit as the core theme here. The art was okayish.
tl;dr: A manga that in the end doesn't seem to have much of a point.

Dorei Yuugi review
I don't usually do reviews but the ending of this manga REALLY DISAPPOINTING AND IT PISSES ME OFF!
The story is quite interesting and especially the intro will get you hooked early on. In a nutshell, it is basically a mix of Pokemon Go and Kangoku Jikken concept, hence it gives some novelty for the reader. The art, character design, and development are alright in my opinion. It contains mild nudity and Gores are common but nothing too realistic and a bit overexaggerated, to say the least. All in all, for me it's a decent read. Personally, i would recommend it if you are interested in the plot and have A LOT of free time to read. BUT, bear in mind that just don't be disappointed towards the end for all of the time spent reading.

Ever Green review
The most honest review you will find about this one manga. It really follows through on the tragedy, no one physically dies but I promise you two characters hearts die and most likely you heart will also die, maybe a lot maybe a little.
The story is about a boy who I would say is somewhat gloomy meets the #1 chick in the school and she says yes. They both undoubtedly love each other and regardless of what you hear in other reviews and in the story believe me they love each other. They cant be together, or else it would be a travesty of mankind and human nature, its simply not meant to be (you'll find that out within the last 3 chapters) The art is hella good. The cuteness shines in all the chicks and all the dudes are either plain, handsome, or gloomy (MC). The characters develop fast and well and can easily be understood until the eventual plot twist which leads to tragedy. Loads of enjoyment before the last four chapters cause its a really soft hearted romantic love manga then you soul gets crushed and you hate the author and wanna raise pitch forks outside their house. Overall, if you aint into tragedy and find sadness in manga hateable skip this, seriously SKIP THIS NOW!!! or else always know that the feeling of when you love someone so much that you cant imagine living without them to the point where its so pure that if it doesn't happen youll stay in forever heart ache. This manga delivers that feeling in the very last image and leads up to it throughout the manga.

Da Capo review
Ah, Da Capo...I put off watching the anime for the longest time, and after reading the manga in about an hour, I can safely say I probably don't need to watch it now.
Story - 6 Junichi Asakura is a pretty normal Japanese teenager in a typical harem world. He will encounter various girls, and eventually have to make a decision on one of them, whether the read likes the outcome of said decision or not. The day-to-day antics can be amusing; the personalities of some of the girls gel together well. Other than that, there's nothing special at all here, so don't expect anything out of the ordinary for a harem series. Art - 8 I did enjoy the artwork quite a bit. All the female designs are quite KAWAII I would say. It kept me going through some of the dull parts. Character - 7 Da Capo features a mixed bag of characters: the typical set of five or so females to choose from, with an encouraging male friend who is usually hit or miss in every harem series (Hell yeah Sunohara...?). Kotori easily stands out as the series' best character, and you'll be glad to know she has quite a few pages dedicated to her in the second half of the series. As far as archetypes go, it's fairly typical...sister who isn't blood-related, osana najimi, etc. Enjoyment - 7 I read this on a whim while browsing through short completed manga, and didn't expect much at all. The end result was a mildly enjoyable, although typical, harem series. I would recommend this for people with an hour or two to kill and an itch for a harem series.

Back Street Girls review
For everyone who read the synopsis of this manga... I too, was one of the people who first read the synopsis when the anime adaptation got announced.
The idea, first and foremost, is... how should I put it... very unique. I mean I've never seen this kind of manga before. Anyway in that way I'd give a 10. I swear the Japanese have almost explored all kinds of ideas... No offence intended. Anyway. The story as a whole is so far very funny. Well from reading the synopsis it's pretty obvious that it's something extreme... Die honourably or go to Thailand to change sex... Most of the fun comes from the fact that although they are idols/girls in the outside, they are still yakuzas in the inside... So they try to hold on to staying yakuzas. A pretty hard thing to do apparently. The development so far is basically them trying to do their best to live as idols and not let their boss get angry. As for the art, I think it's pretty decent. Nothing more, nothing less. A 6 would be fair. But the enjoyment is what made me really like this... It's to be taken light-heartedly, so yeah...

Girl in Heels review
I thought the art was very bad. Sometimes you can see a hint of beauty in the main character. The author tried to make the people 3D like, but that didn't work very well and it made everybody look like aliens from Sims.

Ruka to Ita Natsu review
When I read the summary, I predicted that there would be romance with sci-fi being the subplot and the mangeka would exploit the relationship as the one being between two siblings to get more reactions out of readers. I've been proven mostly right, but the romance is weaved into the story seamlessly (and not vulgur), that you forget they're supposed to be siblings, it just seems so natural. It's not forced into the story and connects to the climax of the story, so without it there would be no story. Also, I was expecting aliens (because of the sci-fi tag), but was pleasntly surprised with
a time travel theme.
About half of the manga is building upto a great climax where the protogonist has to choose between his family and his lover at the expense of the destruction of the world. While reading it, I thought it was just a regular sci-fi action filled manga, but it actually has a direction and makes one question their beliefs and values. You feel sympathic towards the protogonist because of the difficult choice he has make. Story 6- It is fast paced, the manga is only 27 chps and contains good amount of action (especially martial arts). The first of the manga just seems to move in a predictable direction, while reading I was thinking that the author just seems to want to cover everything like romance, action, sci-fi and drama. But after 11 some chps, it becomes more interesting and more put-together. Art 6- It's well drawn, not a lot of toning used, but very plain that turned me off in the beginning. The action scenes are actually very well drawn and are pretty long. The close up drawings of the characters in their most emotional states are also very detailed. Character 7- I really like the main character Luca, her personality and perseverance. She is one of my most fav and has a great development in such a short manga. There aren't many side characterss, so less drama without them. The good and the bad guy is not clearly defined, it presents both their sides and let the reader decide. Enjoyment 7- I'm solely basing my rating on second half of the manga and I enjoyed it a lot. Overall 7- Because of its predicability and only little surprises here/there, but nothing that you hadn't expected. The manga could've been more dramatic and realistic, but I guess its length posed a problem for it to be such. You can read it if you're looking for a short sci-fi, drama and romance containing manga. But it's really a presentation of what if situation and is intresting only because of that.

Mako to Aki-chan no Koigokoro review
Typical romance short stories. Nothing spectacular, but not really bad either. Nice variation of characters, scenarios and endings each time. Only thing I didn't quite like was the fact that it partially felt recycled. Some of the characters did look exactly the same over different stories (and compared to other work of this author as well).
Short stories: 1-2: Girl falls in love with a 'player' dude who finds it easier to just have fun with no strings attached 3: Dude confesses to his childhood friend 4: Dude falls in love with some girl and tries to get her attention by constantly teasing her 5: Pretty much a short version of 'TiG-HuG Planet' from this author. Same looks, same name, same personality. Dude is a complete airhead who doesnt speak much and is rather unsociable. The girl is different though. So, if you liked the 5th story (or the male character in it at least), then you should read Tig Hug Planet as well.
