What makes this manga enjoyable is primarily the characters and the comedy that is associated with them.

Of course the story tends to follow that of any regular team sports story and as with some shounen sports series like Prince of Tennis, we some impossible moves but when reading this manga all you really concentrate on are the well placed cliffhangers and the enjoyment you get from reading how the protagonists prevail in the next few chapters.

This is probably the only sports manga I have gone back to re-read at least 3 times, simply because of it's light-hearted style, comedy and art work.
