Without a doubt the best manga I have ever read.
The premise is interesting - its fun to play around in your head what you would do in a similar situation, the characters are relatable and the character development is well done.

The key reason why I rate this 10/10, however, is due to the perfectly executed romance aspect: the ending in particular ignited a surge of emotions inside me that few manga or anime have achieved before. For that reason, Re:Life is nothing short of exemplar in terms of romance - I would even go as far as to say that it is an exemplar for all anime/manga *in general* in terms of evoking feeling within the audience. As a result, Re:Life fits into no other category other than "masterpiece".
