As many have stated beforehand this manga was a 9 or 10/10 up to chapter 220 something and then it just spiraled downwards. Nevertheless, I'll still give it at least a 6 since it was exceptionally good for like 80%+ of its run. I have never encountered such an addicting manga before. Once I found it I caught up to the most released chapter (219 at the time) in one sitting. I just read without sleep for 20 or so hours and in the next few months I had reread the entire manga six times. Therefore, I'd recommend new readers to stop around the 220 mark. Yeah it will be an unhappy ending but at least you won't witness the rapid decline in quality. EDIT TO THIS THE ENDING IS SO BAD I GIVE IT A 6/10 OVERALL(the ending last 50 chapters itself is a 2/10). READ UNTIL CHAPTER 220 AND THEN JUST USE YOUR HEAD CANON.

Story: 10 pre chapter 220, 2 post chapter 220
The plot was addicting, the relationships described authentic, and the pacing was great. Post chapter 220 it all spiraled. The arcs weren't that interesting. The best part of the manga: the relationships, went no where and the plot points that occurred were rushed. The only thing went well was the criticism of individuality, which remained a constant.

Art: 9/10
The art in this manga is exceptional the entire way through. The expressions and in particular the eyes that the author can depict are so good they are unrealistic. Kei Sasuga can perfectly depict any emotion she wants through just drawing the faces. There are even the .5 chapters which are a little more spicy and Sasuga could definitely get into doujins if she wished to.

Character: 9
The character development is quite realistic and accurate. In particular Rui, the female lead, goes from a robotic expressionless individual to the character with the most expressions throughout the course of the manga. All the characters are likeable despite their flaws, which they do to an extent overcome. There is a clear criticism of individuality and the choices that the characters make along those lines clearly backfire and lead to no success nor happiness.

Enjoyment 10 pre-chapter 220, 2 post 220 so 6/10 overall.
