This is a story about an elf made to be a sacrifice to a monster due to her debt left behind by her father. The monster spat her out and refused to eat her since she tasted disgusting. The comedy ensues as the elf, feeling like her pride is somewhat damaged, tries to make herself taste better using various methods to no avail. As such, this isn't a story about an elf that doesn't want to be eaten and a monster that eats people, but rather an elf that is trying to get herself eaten and a monster that seriously doesn't want to eat her (Because she tastes awful). We see that the monster is very much like a Shut-In, playing games etc and the elf is just bothering him with her frequent visits. But the monster put up with her, and at some point the reader would think "Aren't they good buddies at this point?". Apart from their comedic interactions we only see the villagers (Who are Acorns. Living, breathing, talking acorns) and a few other characters. It's a rather unique story that you can lose yourself in for a good laugh.
