Back Street Girls review

Here's my take after reading the 9 of the manliest hardcore chapters of Back Street Girls by Jasmine Gyuh.
How would I start with this to not make it sound gross and creepy...
Back street girls is a story about 3 yakuza men who were forced to undergo gender re-assignment surgery to become the new and upcoming idols in Japan.
Yeah it's a premise that might turn you off in giving the story a shot, but let me tell you that once you got passed that stage, it is a great and entertaining manga to read.
Watching Ryu, Kazu and Big Brother struggle to be the perfect idols with the yakuza's principles and ideas is one heck of a ride! I laughed a lot while reading through their antics and struggles as individuals and as a team.
The approach with the art is great it is clean and fluid while the characters are easy to distinguish from each other.
All in all, if you want a quirky fun manga to read. I would recommend this to you.
With that said, I would give Back Street Girls 9 sticky hand shakes out of 10.
