A beautiful story of adolescence and learning to grow up and understand love, Bloom Into You is a beautiful 45-chapter delight that includes many heartfelt emotions that made my heart throb and made me want to cry. It’s such a beautiful story, and finishing it has left me very satisfied. Though it pains me that the story could not last longer, I’m glad it ended on the highest note.
If you can, definitely give this a read and try to support the official release, because this manga is truly, a work of art. There’s so many elements of the story that I truly enjoy, and these characters are incredibly human in portrayal. Many, even the side characters, have multiple dimensions to them, and while the story primarily focuses on Yuu and Touko, the author does shine light on the others as well. Overall, I think this has to be one of my favorite mangas I’ve ever read. It was a great time from start to end. The heartwarming romance made my heart pound fast and strong, it made me feel tenderness and vulnerability, the good kind of feeling that you want to experience when a story tries to touch your heart gracefully. Honestly, while I can’t speak for myself, I do know that this manga will be a life changing experience for at least several otaku and weeb out there in the world. I loved every chapter from beginning to end... though I may wait a while before rereading because this story is truly powerful.
