This manga was really weird and random, and not in a good way. I have no idea what it was trying to do. The plot is completely random and never seems to have any sort of solid direction. The characters are arbitrary, neither likable or unlikable. There is craziness to them that could be interesting, but it isn't really used all that well for the most part. The tone shifts arbitrarily. There were some scenes that were comedic and decent, generally from the insanity, but overall there wasn't much value to it at all. It's really hard to discuss because I don't even know what it was trying to do so it's hard to judge how well it managed to execute it. The art was usually decent for the most part, but during certain scenes where there's a lot happening like action sequences it gets really messy and impossible to parse. 

tl;dr: Random nonsense.
