Resumo
When Aizawa Arisu was in high school, her young father was in the hospital for treatment of a fatal disease. Although he was always smiling in front of his daughter, Arisu knew that he was worried about leaving her all alone in this world. To try to reassure him, Arisu asked his 26 year-old doctor, Ichinose Tatsuya, to pretend to be in a relationship with her. Suddenly, however, her father took a turn for the worse... Just when Arisu thought she couldn't take any more bad news, Dr. Tatsuya informed her of something else that proved to change her life forever.

Nemuri Hime: Yume Miru You ni Koi Shiteru review
At first I was reluctant whether I should read this manga or not, but in the end I'm glad I did. At first I thought that it would be another boring series but it exceeded my expectations and I found myself drown to it.
STORY This kind of story is unique and it was a first for me. The best part was the drama which was incredibly. I cried so much while reading and I felt all the emotions and feelings of the characters. At some point I thought that if not cured, the sleeping princess will keep on moving from one generation to another. I could never have predicted what was going happen, especially the ending. I was stunned with it. ART The art wasn't something very special. I kind of like almost all types of art so I had no problem with it. CHARACTERS At first, I thought that the sleeping princess is like your typical shoujo female lead but it isn't so. She may seem so, but she is not weak. I really liked her and the main lead. They formed such a nice couple even though at the beginning he was kind of a jerk but he had his reasons for acting like that. ENJOYMENT I can't say how much I enjoyed it. I cried untill my eyes were all puffy. It is a very touching manga and I highly recommend it. |
Nemuri Hime: Yume Miru You ni Koi Shiteru review
This is the shortest review I've ever written, but I feel that I don't need to write a long explanation as to why this manga sucks.
In this manga the girl falls in love twice. Each time she falls in love with the person after having had a relationship with them for only a few days. There is no actual romance progress whatsoever. I was putting up with at first, but then rape is used as a ploy to progress the romance subplot-- because we all know how romantic rape is. /s I planned on forcing my way through this manga, but then they start fighting over a man (to be specific, the man who RAPED her). Real classy. Mediocre art, terrible characters, god awful romance progression, and a mediocre storyline. |
