Resumo
"Everyday, no matter what, we tell some sort of lie."
Shirose Sayo has always been mildly interested in Saeki Aoi, mainly because he's different from the other guys in her class. However, upon graduating middle school, Sayo's image of Saeki is destroyed and she finds he is not the mature young man she thought he was. A year later, they meet again by chance through a group blind date. They clear up their misunderstanding and become friends... but there's one uncomfortable issue. Saeki is in love with Mei, the girlfriend of Daichi, Sayo's older brother!

Oouso Swing review
This manga had a quite different ending than other generic shoujo ones but the beginning was nothing short of shoujo-ness. I chose to read it because the mangaka composed a different manga that wasn't a generic shoujo so I thought this one would be the same. It started off pretty alright, girl watches guy from afar but the guy doesn't really seem to notice then an incident happens and she does 'not' like him anymore. Jump to the future, she meets him again! What a shocker. The end was pretty cool. I liked it. It has a realistic feel to it and a touch of
shoujo. She didn't end up with the guy but she formed a relationship ^^ The art was pretty good, nothing too bad for the eyes in my opinion. A nice, short shoujo reads for those who are bored x)

i only read 1 chapter of this manga but i already like it.
i think it's going to be an amazing romance manga.... stpry: the main character, shirose sayo, in her 3rd year of middle school admired a guy,saeki, because he seemed to be mature but at the graduation a thing happens and her expectations of him comes destroyed.then after 1 year they meet at goukon and they start to be friends, as saeki wants her help to choose a gift that's for the girl he likes,sayo's older brother's girlfriend.sayo thinks it was good she knew the truth before falling for him but who knows what will happen next???? art: i like the art 'cause it's not the same as every shoujo manga has. it's different and really very good. i like it!!! characters: there really are great characters with great personalities and appearances. it's not like in some mangas where only the main characters are cute and cool... everyone's drawn perfectly.... so i think i will really enjoy this manga!!!! hope chapters come out as soon as possible!!! ^__^ |
